With a twenty year head start it may be too late to do anything about it.

Use the link below to the Agenda 21 Index and note Chapter 21. Dennis Batliner points out that current trends in JOCO regarding solid waste are straight out of Agenda 21.

For example, formulate operational waste minimization policies, promote public education and a range of regulatory and non-regulatory
incentives, promote the separate collection of recyclable parts of household wastes, and implement (mandatory) waste reuse and recycling
policies and actions. If this doesn’t work scare the hell out of everybody by stating that costs could double or triple by the end of the decade.

]]> Comment on Maryland Governor Taxes Rain by roberta4949 http://nolathe.net/2013/04/11/maryland-governor-taxes-rain/#comment-2426 Fri, 12 Apr 2013 13:23:59 +0000 http://nolathe.net/?p=8561#comment-2426 wow, what a travesty, while I understand there is too much cement blocking water absorption and all there is a factor people are forgetting, our economy is causing this, not people building houses, why do I say this? well if the economy allowed people to spread out own more land (which they can leave to nature or landscaping with beautiful plants and invite all the wonderful crittors God gave us, ) and stop all this using the economy as a way to force people into closer and closer tight knit communities these problems would not exist, this wouldn’t happen, there would be more greenspace between everyone and water problems would not be there, and as for the bay, is it polluted strictly due to this or are there other factors they are ignoring and how is taxing people for water on their property they have no control over going to help the bay? the only thing I see it helping is getting more money into the pockets of the poltical sheperds, if you read your bible regularly especially isa, jerem and ezekiel you will understand why I call them poltical sheperds and how Jehovah feels about sheperds who knaw the bones of their flocks. translated instead of looking out for hte welfare of their charges they are eating their charges (oppressing and robbing them). Jere 10:23 says man is incapable of directing his own step (let alone anyone elses) in fact man has no right to direct his steps, God never relinquished his sovereignty tho he allows man rule, but this taxing stuff is only a symptom of man trying to direct his own steps.
