Immediately following the formation of the 2011 Johnson County Home Rule Charter Commission this was the posted address   CCM-CharterCommissionGroup@jocogov.org  to contact the Commissioners in whole.  Shortly after the first Public Hearing (March 29, 2011 and without a video recording) my access to this address became either disabled or blocked.  Since that date my individually addressed inquiries have remained unanswered.

Today September 4, 2011 this is a Public Notice in absence of one published by the Johnson County Home Rule Charter Commission:  (Of course I have no authority to do that, I just wanted to show that on August 15, 2011 The Commission has scheduled another Public Hearing for September 27, 2011 absent of any publically approved minutes to identify an agenda, topics to discuss or even Committees formed for future discussion.)

So now there is a Public Hearing for what?  Re-record what we said before? Act ignorantly before the Committees we don’t know of?  Not show up cuz we did not know?
