Beyond the common knowledge of a near weekly breakfast meeting with attendees Johnson County Commissioner Ed Eilert, retired Kansas Senator/Banker Dick Bond, former Overland Park Chamber of Commerce President Mary Birch (aka John Vratil liaison at Lathrop & Gage) and failed publisher Steve Rose, let’s just see who else might be part of this organized and very well orchestrated “Overland Park mafia”. This group numbering less than ten feel delegated to govern not only Johnson County, but the State of Kansas. Most common menu item ordered.. eggs, poached (as in stolen). 
This “Ethics Complaint” has been filed with Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach against Johnson County District Attorney Steve Howe for his failure to perform his Constitutional and lawful duties as prescribed by the Home Rule Charter in investigating and rectifying an unlawful annexation by Overland Park 2007-2008.
