Tim Owens has only been in the Senate for two years and he got to be the Judiciary Chair in his First Year. Guess they knew ahead of time what side of the fence he stood on since his Life Time House voting record is about 6% for issues that are important to conservatives like our Liberty, Life, Economic Freedom & Money.
